We enjoyed trips to Lesedi cultural village, the Cradle of Humankind and Johannesburg and Soweto. When we heard that Maroon Five were playing at the stadium, Hugh even arranged at a moment's notice through the hotel travel service, to take and collect us from there! What an incredible service he provided and what an asset he is to Rosebank Home Suites!

I just went during level 4 of lockdown and that didn't have an impact on the service 5 star. The food, the scenery, the pool areas, the staff, the atmosphere, the room. I have went to few hotels and lodges around Gauteng and Limpopo but Kloofzicht surpasses all of them when it comes to the food, scenery and staff. The food was very tasty, from the buffet breakfast, lunch by the bistro, and dinner, everything is top class. The number of times that me and my wife kept on saying that this place is beautiful was countless.

Everything about our stay was phenomenal. All of the staff members, from the guard at the gate to the waiters at the restaurant, were exceptionally friendly and welcoming! Our stay in the hotel room was comfortable, clean and relaxing. The food we had for breakfast and dinner was delicious, I couldn't find a single fault with our meals! The rock pool was also a highlight of our stay. The water was clean and warm, and the pool area had comfortable chairs and adequate shade. We requested special additions in the room for a birthday and anniversary celebration , being the cut seasonal fruit and a slice of chocolate cake, which was perfect and well worth the small extra fee. I highly recommend Glenburn to anyone looking for a romantic getaway!

food definately not great ordered a platter rib and chicken wings for R400 85 percent of the plate was chips, also the ribs were cold and the chips were hot, which makes me believe my orde3r ws standing for awhile, we waited over 1 and a half hours for service. the food was not chef standards at the cost that they were charging. We only ate there as we had just done a long journey and did not want to venture out as we were tired. otherwise the staff and rooms were lovely, location lovely
